A 1994 graduate of the
United States Coast Guard Academy, Mr. Archibald served as
an officer in the Coast Guard for six years. He successfully passed the USPTO
Patent Bar exam while still in law school, and is also now
a member of the Bar in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

engineering background with an innate talent for legal reasoning
made Intellectual Property Law the ideal forum in which to
advocate on behalf of businesses and individuals.

almost every aspect of Intellectual Property prosecution
and litigation. From
filing patent and trademark applications to drafting and negotiating
licenses, Mr. Archibald employs 100% of both his intellect
